MEGABAD, (MEGABAD means a kind of “mega bathroom” in German), had grown fast, but like many successful e-commerce businesses, their identity needed to keep pace. We asked some fundamental questions: who is MEGABAD today, and what makes you different?

Alongside the MEGABAD team, we brought strategy, communication, and brand thinking together to rebuild from the inside out. We started by defining their core. MEGABAD supports customers from first contact to fully fitted bathroom, empowering anyone (not just trade professionals) to make confident design decisions.

This strategy became the springboard for communication. In a category dominated by safe, corporate aesthetics, we saw an opportunity. Bathroom brands often look the same: blue, white, and forgettable. MEGABAD became the opposite: bold, emotional, and full of character.

Together, we reworked the entire brand system: logo, colours, typography, imagery, tone of voice, and claim. A full reset, brought to life in a dedicated photoshoot. Some things stayed the same, though. The MEGABAD name remains – a deliberate decision driven by SEO, GEO, and existing brand equity.

 

With a clear strategy and a distinctive identity in place, MEGABAD is now perfectly positioned to expand internationally with confidence.
