True expression of READY TO RACE.

Back in 2016, we asked the question: What does it take to design a motorcycle? Real people, with the talent to transform strategy and vision into real products and brand experiences.
Real people like Christof.
He’s the senior designer of the KTM 790 DUKE prototype and for over eight years he’s been combining his passion with his profession to make exceptional things at KISKA. The talent and drive are evident in the prototype, too. It’s a true expression of READY TO RACE: lightweight, agile and aggressive.
“I always imagined working in a very inspirational environment. I always imagined working with different people from different cultures.”
What’s important to understand is that the KTM 790 DUKE prototype isn’t the result of work done by a single person. Researchers, engineers, photographers, videographers, graphic designers and writers – people who are just as passionate about their own craft as Christof is about design – worked shoulder-to-shoulder to bring “The Scalpel” to life.
“You can really get the feeling that everyone is really motivated, that everyone really wants to get the most out of the project and that’s why I work at KISKA.”
Three decades of alliance.
In 1994, the first DUKE was born. This began a movement which has created an entire subculture of people who hunger for non-conformity and “no bullshit”. In 2024, we’ll be celebrating ‘30 YEARS OF DUKE’ and how KISKA and KTM have worked together to create a lineage of legendary naked bikes.
