Are you passionate about bringing innovative ideas to life? As a Project Manager in our Product Experience and Interaction Design team, you’ll play a key role in orchestrating the successful execution of our creative projects and collaborate closely with an international team of designers, creative experts, and our clients to ensure project success in terms of time, cost, and scope.
In this role you will…
- Manage projects with a focus on Product Experience and Interaction Design for a wide variety of physical and digital products for global brands – from kick-off to completion.
- See the ‘bigger picture’. Map out possible future scenarios in terms of budget, timing, and resources.
- Control and monitor progress and plan ahead – taking countermeasures if needed.
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams with clarity, empathy, and vision, to foster collaboration.
- Support quoting and proposal development.
- Be the main communication hub. Run internal and external meetings. Lead joint decision-making processes. Follow-up with stakeholders and clients.
We are looking for…
- Professional experience in Project Management. Plus, an understanding of all interaction design tools e.g. user storiesm usse cases, user flows…
- Advanced organisational skills. You thrive on structure and order. Managing timelines, resources, and budgets is second nature to you. Your ability to keep projects on track ensures that our designs come to completion seamlessly.
- Clear communication skills. You ensure everyone is on the same page, deadlines are met, and issues are resolved promptly.
- Someone with an accurate and detail-oriented working style.
- Service-orientated attitude and self-starter mentality.
- Have a keen interest in how things can be more usable and more intuitiv. Be aware of interactive prototyping and design validation.
- Fluency in English. German skills are a plus.
