Project Manager (China Focus)
Salzburg. Full time
Own the flow of creative projects and help transform strong ideas into seamless execution.
In this role, you’ll help keep the creative engine running smoothly. Working with a team of designers, strategists, writers, and other creative minds from around the world, you’ll make sure projects stay on track, on time, on budget, and true to their purpose.
You’ll be the main contact point between the team and our clients, helping everyone stay aligned and informed from kick-off to delivery. It’s about building trust, creating momentum and making space for great work to happen.
In this role you will…
- Run the show – start to finish. This means coordinating creative teams, keeping communication flowing, and making sure everyone (inside KISKA or on the client side) is on the same page.
- Prioritise, re-prioritise, and keep momentum, even when plans change. Keep the client happy and confident and the team moving forward – no drama.
- Act as the central hub between clients, creatives, and external partners.
- Prep and moderate meetings, align expectations, and make space for collaborative decisions. Bring attention to potential conflicts and contradictions.
- Map out possible future scenarios related to budget, timing, and resources. Control and monitor progress.
- Break down language barriers. Support colleagues with English – Chinese translation in meetings.
We are looking for…
- Experience in managing projects – ideally in creative or technical context. You know what it takes to guide creative work from idea to delivery.
- A passion for brands, product development and communication.
- Great organizational skills and an accurate, detail-oriented working style.
- A clear communicator: you know when to keep it short, when to give context, and when to just pick up the phone. Empathetic, understanding, and adaptable.
- Someone curious, collaborative, and naturally focused on what the client and the team need next.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (German is a Plus).
