Ready to take the next step in your performance marketing career? At KISKA, you’ll help to create, shape, run, and optimize digital campaigns that make a real difference for our clients – across industries, platforms, and audiences.
From paid social, search to programmatic display campaigns, you’ll turn insights into action. You’ll analyze performance, improve ROI, and collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and research teams in a fast-moving, design-driven environment. In this role you will…
- Plan, set up, and manage performance marketing campaigns across social media, search, display and various other channels.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize toward KPIs and ROI goals.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, analytics, and product teams to build impactful campaigns.
- Translate data insights into clear actions and performance improvements.
- Work with external partners, platforms, and agencies to deliver campaign success.
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
We are looking for…
- A strong interest in data, analytics, and digital advertising.
- First hands-on experience in marketing (minimum 6 months) and a relevant education in marketing, business, or similar.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Experience (or strong interest) in marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Curiosity, drive, and the willingness to learn fast in a creative environment.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus, not required).
