In this role you will…
- Design and lead projects for major global transportation brands from early exploration to final production-ready data delivery.
- Mentor and guide designers throughout the entire design process, while confidently presenting strategic design outcomes in high-level client presentations.
- Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to push boundaries and elevate design quality.
- Take ownership of projects and contribute your creative voice to innovation in mobility design.
- Explore new aesthetics, user experiences, and technologies shaping the future of movement.
- Support and lead design teams by fostering collaboration, providing direction, and ensuring high creative standards across all project phases.
We are looking for…
- A transportation designer with 5-6 years of experience in mobility, automotive, or related design fields.
- A strong creative leader with a clear design vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and 3D design solutions.
- Experience in leading a team of designers and modellers (clay and digital).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to define and lead design phases to fit our diverse clients and projects.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as Blender, Alias, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- An open-minded and collaborative personality who enjoys working across disciplines and challenging conventional thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle line management within the design team.
- Excellent English skills. German is a plus.
