Create, understand, and reinforce the essence of our clients’ brands to help them connect with customers. In this role, you’ll find yourself in a team of brand, product, and design experts, engaging with all aspects of the brand strategy process.

Tasks

  • Collect, analyse, summarise, and present information covering clients’ brands, competitors, customers / user experiences, and trends. Actively observe consumer behaviour, culture, and technology.
  • Identify tensions, insights, and opportunities; creating the strategic basis for brand, product, and communication decisions.
  • Work with creative teams to inform, inspire, and guide design across all touchpoints.
  • Become a trusted resource and an engaged advisor for quality brand output within KISKA and for clients.

Skills

  • Organised and thoughtful. Good communicator and presenter. Eager connector.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, including brand research, positioning, architecture, and expression. Passion for brands in a variety of categories.
  • University or FH graduate, with studies focused on brand management, strategic marketing, product management, or related disciplines. Bachelor or Master level.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience. German fluency. Good command of English.
