Where you come in.
Interaction Design at KISKA isn’t just about making buttons pretty. Our Interaction team creates connections between the digital and real worlds using motion, UI, and logic, helping solve problems that don’t have templates yet.
We need someone hungry to help shape the next generation of industry-defining products. You’ll be embedded in the team from day one – brainstorming, prototyping, and making sure every tap, swipe, scroll, and transition earns its place.
In this role you will…
- Work side by side with our team of designers on live projects.
- Bring ideas and design options to projects in both high and low fidelity.
- Create high-quality UI that communicates your UX thinking.
- Work on prototyping and animation.
- Test your ideas with our researchers, validating decisions through both practical and digital testing to find the best solutions.
- Consider not only aesthetics, but also ergonomics and haptics in your designs.
We are looking for…
- A background in Interaction Design, Product Design, or UI/UX.
- An eye for pixels, micro-animations, transitions, and what makes an interface feel alive.
- Fluency in Figma and confidence in prototyping; bonus points for Adobe Suite familiarity.
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Replit – you know the landscape).
- Clear communication, an open collaborative mindset, and strong English skills.
- (Bonus) Experience with smart home, automotive, or automation interfaces.
