Research and strategy bridges the gap between business, brand, and users. You’ll take on an important role at this intersection and use your analytic mind to examine the details of every project. Deep dive into our client’s brands and their stakeholders. Revel in our mixed methods research approach. Learn from our incredible team and provide a fresh perspective. Working together with clients, users, and various stakeholders, you will provide research insights and facilitate design solutions that strengthen brands and highlight future options. In this role you will…
- Actively participate in the ideation and organisation of research activities. You’ll learn from the team and contribute with your previous research experience.
- Start analysing and synthesising results using methods like textual analysis, empathy mapping, or experience journeys.
- Support the planning and conducting of research projects.
- Work with our team to use the research results to develop future recommendations.
- Contribute to an amazing team and enjoy using mixed methods in a variety of projects.
We are looking for…
- A current student or graduate in design, design research, brand marketing, psychology, sociology, or ethnology.
- Someone who hasn’t necessarily had professional experience in research and / or design before but is deeply interested in learning the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of a brand or product’s success.
- An open mind keen to experiment with their research approach, such as mixing qualitative and quantitative methods, and wants to understand brands or the lifecycle of a product.
- Willingness to travel for research and workshops.
- Native German speaker or C2 level. Fluency in English.
- Basic coding and data analysis skills are mandatory.
