In this role you will…
- Contribute directly to the design and development of forward-thinking product experiences.
- Take responsibility for specific workstreams within projects – from concept sketches to detailed refinement.
- Translate research insights and strategic inputs into tangible design proposals.
- Use and further develop your skills with digital and AI-driven tools to enhance ideation, visualization, and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand strategists, researchers, interaction designers, and communication specialists to create cohesive and meaningful brand ecosystems.
- Present and articulate your design rationale clearly within the team and, at times, to clients.
We are looking for…
- A curious, proactive mindset and the drive to make things better.
- The ambition to grow quickly and take on responsibility within projects.
- Solid foundational skills in product / industrial design, including conceptual thinking and visualization.
- Someone who enjoys building, testing, refining, and sometimes starting over.
- Experience or interest in interaction principles, and emerging technologies, especially in fields like smart home and automation.
- A degree in product design / industrial design (or comparable field) and first practical experience through internships or projects.
- Fluency in English.
