At KISKA, we constantly have interesting people coming in and out our doors: from clients, to talent, to reporters, to students. You’ll be the first face they see – or the first voice they hear on the phone. Behind the front desk, you’re our business card, welcoming committee, and attentive host combined. Alongside our other receptionists, you’ll show our visitors the KISKA hospitality and excellent service orientation each day. In this role you will…
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers.
- Support with room bookings, appointment creation, and catering coordination.
- Manage our fleet of cars, including maintenance and cleaning. Keep records of when they’re booked out by employees.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to all our employees – like providing meal vouchers, finding accommodation, and company doctor appointments.
- Do administrative tasks, such as accounting support, cash administration, and managing the mail room.
We are looking for…
- Someone experienced in the tourism / hotel / gastronomy industry is a plus!
- A team player who loves working closely with others.
- Confidence using MS Office.
- Great communication skills, attention-to-detail, and stress resistance. Famous faces aren’t unusual around here!
- Someone friendly, service-oriented, and helpful. A hands-on mentality.
- Good written / spoken English. Fluency in German.
