Our project managers have an integral role here at KISKA. With you in their ranks, you’ll have the opportunity to work with awesome global brands and utilise your natural strengths. In this role you will…
- Manage projects from start to finish, with a focus on product experience and interaction design for a variety of global brands.
- Organise interdisciplinary teams, run internal and external meetings, and lead joint decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, lead designers, and creatives from all areas of our studio.
- Map out possible future scenarios related to budget, timing, and resources and take countermeasures if needed.
- Control and monitor project progress, support quoting and proposal development, and take care of client follow-ups.
We are looking for…
- Professional experience and / or a degree in project management.
- An interest in areas of product and / or interaction design is a bonus!
- Someone with advanced organisational skills – able to prioritise, multitask, and rise above the noise.
- Service-oriented attitude and a self-starter mentality. Able to build bridges and connect ideas and people together.
- Clear, open communication skills and ability to empathetically adjust your method or language to suit any audience.
- A love for working collaboratively in a creative and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English. German would be a plus!
