Join our world of exciting e-mobility at KISKA Munich. You’ll lead your team of visionaries to develop the next generation of e-bikes to make client dreams come true. In this role, you’ll create tomorrow’s products – not just concepts. Design bikes, prototype them in-studio, and then see them on the streets and on the trails. You’ll join forces with experts who have over thirty years’ experience designing motorcycles to take brands like Husqvarna E-Bicycles and GASGAS to new levels. Simply put – you’ll be the catalyst for taking e-bike development into the future.
In this role you will…
- Lead a highly engaged, professional team to engineer the next evolution of e-mobility.
- Set-up and define processes and workflows to ensure the highest quality in design development.
- Share your expert know-how within the team and mentor the members to achieve set targets.
- Design, evaluate, and review vehicles and e-bikes to help our clients bring their products to market.
We are looking for…
- 8 – 10 years’ experience in mechanical engineering / design engineering / vehicle engineering / similar field.
- Comfortable and highly experienced in working with 3D software – preferably SolidWorks. You’re no stranger to surface modelling either! Experience with PDM is beneficial but not necessary.
- Someone with great communication skills. Whether it’s online, offline, verbal, or visual – you’re able to connect with worldwide stakeholders confidently and competently.
- A structured, reliable working procedure and great attention-to-detail.
- Fluency in German and English.
