Are you excited to join an international design team and work on meaningful real-world projects in downtown Shanghai? Do you want to collaborate with leading designers, test your ideas, and sharpen your skills? Then this is your chance!
KISKA's Future Creator Program is a launch pad and career accelerator for students and young professionals in the design world. To empower personal and professional growth, KISKA offers different tracks for students and recent graduates.
In this role you will…
- Play an essential role in the industrial design development process and contribute to cutting-edge product experience design.
- Participate in and provide hands-on support to our team throughout the entire design process in the areas of research, product and innovation consulting, and product experience design.
- Support user-centred design processes, bring awareness to design research, and bring unique perspectives in both design thinking and doing.
- Be a champion in creative problem solving and create impact with visual communication in client presentations and experiences.
- Cooperate with specialists, such as brand strategists, researchers, interaction designers, communication experts (and more!), to create purposeful and holistic brand experiences.
We are looking for…
- A high level of creativity and drive to push for exceptional results.
- Solid hands-on skills in industrial design from ideation to concept to 2D to 3D.
- Passion to contribute to an end-to-end design process from insights to concept development and design refinement.
- An open mind and willingness to work collaboratively across creative fields and to challenge the status quo.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
