Join our Interaction Design team!
At KISKA, you’ll apply your programming skillset to create functional HMIs on a variety of client projects. An integral part of our Interaction Design team, you’ll implement and maintain user interfaces on any product with a screen – with particular focus on automotive applications. This role includes prototyping your applications with JavaScript and developing production-level HMI solutions using frameworks such as CGI Studio or Unreal Engine. It is obvious that screens are here to stay - your role is only going to get more diverse in the future.
In this role you will…
- Implement functional UI prototypes to aid the design process using React and JavaScript.
- Have the opportunity to continuously learn and improve your skills to keep up with the latest technologies.
- Create and maintain UI components which are reusable to speed-up efficiency in future projects.
- Develop automotive-grade production software for motorcycles using CGI Studio – if you’re unfamiliar with this tool, there’s room to learn here.
- Work closely with the design team to prototype and implement HMI onto target hardware.
We are looking for…
- University degree and / or 3+ years of work experience in software development.
- Programming skills in JavaScript, ideally using front-end framework tools such as Vue / React.
- Experience in (or willingness to learn!) HMI development engines such as CGI Studio or Unreal Engine.
- A bonus would be knowledge of C++ and basic Photoshop skills.
- Confident working in English. German is a plus!
