Dare to make ideas come to life? At KISKA, you’ll work in our versatile design team to create cutting-edge, brand-driven footwear and other performance products. Break into the world of high-performance sports and deepen your existing knowledge until no corner of this industry is unfamiliar. Be on the inside track for the latest developments in sportswear and incorporate progressive technology to change the game forever. Collaborate with leading pros from every discipline under our studio roof. Bring your specialist knowledge, proactive attitude, and love for learning to the centre of our creative universe – to design desire.
In this role you will…
- Use your industry and sports culture know-how to create products that combine style, functionality, and technology.
- Make brand promises come true on product level, often by developing their ‘next big thing’.
- Have the chance to work on footwear design projects for major international sports brands and other segments in crossover tasks.
- Work on the entire creation process – from ideation, 2D / 3D sketching, and concept development to production tech-packs, prototypes, sample reviews, and final sign-off.
- Handle a variety of projects which broaden your understanding of the sporting goods industry – such as sportswear, apparel, or gear projects.
- Learn about new fields, understand briefs, and integrate vision into your product designs. Be unafraid to challenge the norm!
We are looking for…
- A couple years’ experience in the field of design, and some examples of your performance footwear designs (or product designs – we’re open!).
- Someone ready to take the next step in their career in a multidisciplinary and international design studio.
- Enthusiastic interest in materials, production processes, and development in the context of sports and performance segments.
- A passion for innovation, sports, trends, people, and problem-solving through design.
- Simple, yet winning presentation skills. Clear and open communication with your teammates.
